Shipping Information

 

• We currently only ship to the eastern half of the United States. We are looking to expand to the West Coast as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.

• There is a minimum order cost of $99 to ship. 

• We do not use additives or preservatives for “shelf appeal” in our beef, therefore the color may naturally vary.

• Size and shapes of cuts may vary. 

• We are unable to send shipments to P.O. boxes.

• Please confirm correct address and info before submitting your order. We cannot be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect delivery details.

• Our shipments go out on Mondays and Tuesdays, so please have your order in by Monday 10pm or it will be shipped the following week.

• An exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Please plan to be home to accept your package according to tracking updates. Holidays may effect our shipments dates if there is a risk of delay.

• We ship with dry ice to keep your products chilled until it reaches its final destination, but after it is delivered you must be responsible for keeping the beef at a safe temperature. We cannot be responsible for spoiled products left unattended once it is delivered. 

• Your package is shipped frozen and will arrive frozen to partially thawed. If for some unforeseen reason the beef is delivered at room temperature, do not consume it- contact us immediately.

 • We are not able to be responsible for shipment delays that may or may not be caused by unpredictable weather conditions such as storms and other natural disasters. We will do our best to avoid shipping if there is a high risk of delayed shipments.

 • Cancellations- Once your order has shipped, we are not able to fulfill a cancellation request or refund.
