Wagyu is a Japanese beef cattle breed (also referred to as Kobe beef). We chose to raise American Wagyu because of its unmatched, superior quality, and high degree in marbling. It is the rich marbling in the Wagyu beef that delivers intense flavor, subtle sweetness, and a buttery texture.

Wagyu beef is not only exceptional in taste, it is also remarkable in health benefits. Wagyu meat has a higher percentage of monounsaturated fat, (healthy fat! Think olive oil, avocado, salmon), and less cholesterol than any other cattle breed. Never any use of antibiotics or hormones.

On average, our grass fed- grain finished Wagyu beef grades between 6-8.
